Aidan Dick (they/them) is a queer dramatist focused on an interdisciplinary practice that centers language and the somatic experience. They wrote and directed their feature debut, When Men Were Men, which played at the Austin Film Festival, Frameline International Film Festival and won the Special Jury Prize at the Montclair Film Festival. Aidan strives to make work that stretches the representation of embodiment within a historical context of queer identity and somatic communism.
